I’m MJ
I’m a great many things (Little Women Quote), but among the most relevant: I’m an artist and designer, creative thinker, solution finder, research geek, business shaper, and communications master. When I’m not designing, painting, or obsessing over colour psychology, you can mostly find me spending time with my two sons & partner, reading, moving my body, interacting with nature, travelling for growth, singing loudly, asking a thousand questions, and connecting deeper with myself as a human and woman.
I love second hand treasures, biohacking my health and wellness, understanding human behaviour, and turning my entire existence into an ongoing art project.

I started designing and coding websites at just 11 years old, helping some of the first businesses to go online! I’ve always been drawn to business and design, even selling my hand-drawn logos on Etsy as a teen. By the time I was 21, I launched my first business as a photographer & media producer, using my work to support my family as a single parent.
In 2018, I co-founded a production studio in Toronto, where clients often sought my creative direction and business advice. This experience led me to dive into Creative Direction & Design full-time in 2020, where I quickly built a reputation, working with agencies and consulting groups across North & South America to build over 50 brands in just 18 months.
CONJUR is the evolution of my journey, merging my professional expertise with a deeper connection to women’s unique energy and purpose in business.

When the world came to a halt in 2020, so did I. I had been running my businesses with relentless hustle and masculine energy for over a decade, following advice and strategies that led to success but at a steep cost. I was burnt out, disconnected from my feminine gifts, and felt personally unfulfilled despite my accomplishments.
I realized that my approach left no room for play, creativity, or true connection. I was structured, strategic, and constantly working, but I was making myself sick. I decided to rebuild my business from a place that honours my true essence as a woman. By integrating structure into my systems instead of myself, I found freedom—mentally, emotionally, and financially. Now, I’m here to guide you in creating a business that aligns with who you truly are, offering you the same freedom and fulfillment.
