We'll build your brand, create a beautiful, working website, and design everything you need. You'll leave with a brand that truly represents you and the confidence to move forward.

Once you sign your contract and pay your deposit, you will receive our Welcome Pack with all of the details about our project as well as a little ‘homework’ in form of a deep questionnaire on all things 'you' and your brand. I'll need you to provide as much information as possible to help me get to know you more intimately, dig into your vision, and create your dream branding and website solution.The answers to these questions (and attention you put into this process) are important for us to ensure your brand is visually cohesive, with your values at the front and center, and really connecting with your dream audience.
We will also create a wishlist of the design items you MUST have, and ones that are optional if time allows.

A great plan is needed to make this intensive the most effective and successful. Once I receive your homework & assets, pass the baton because it's my turn to get to work!
I will begin preparing everything I need to ensure Design Week is a success. If I have any questions, I will send over a request for a call so that we can iron those details out and make a plan as to how to use our time together during your Design Intensive, for maximum flow.

Come prepared to your Alchemy Design Intensive ready to engage and collaborate via email, phone and video calls.
The first few days of the week I will be sending over rapid-fire assets throughout the day and request your immediate feedback and approval. We will often hop on a video chat and I will screen share while implementing revisions and changes in real time, in front of your eyes. The final days of the week are spent fine tuning the details, and working on your 'wants' list.
We’ll work on your must-haves first, with any remaining time spent on other wishlist items. You’ll get final files EOD Friday! -
Take a deep breathe and celebrate because you and your business are ready for launch!! Yes, it's literally that simple!
At the end of the week, you’ll receive all of the deliverables we worked on shared in your Client Portal. We'll also equip you with your new Brand Guidelines document that will outline how to use each of your new brand assets effectively, confidently, and consistently.
My goal is for you to leave feeling confident, aligned with your core, excited and empowered! To ensure this is the case, you’ll also receive a video training walking you through the use of your elements and website backend, so that you can always refer back to it for a refresher. -
You and I both know that business is never as simple as we want it to be. As much as I try to equip you with every single thing you may need, questions or problems may arise! I leave my email open for questions for 30 days following your intensive week for anything you need additional clarity or support on.
*Please note all Alchemy Design Intensives are time-based, not deliverables-based. They also require your collaboration and respect for deadlines in order to succeed!

What’s Possible During an Intensive?

Website Design
The design and setup of a “simple” (5 pages or less) custom website and copy. Perfect for a rebrand of an existing website, or initial setup of a new one.

Brand Design
A new brand design: 1 logo, 1 alt logo, font pairings, a color palette, and design elements. Includes basic usage guidelines.

Marketing Items
Design marketing materials like business cards, flyers, sell sheets, welcome packages, and stickers.

Social Media
Creation of branded templates and highlight covers for social media posts across platforms.

Merch
Custom merchandise and/or apparel for your clients or staff. Including name tags, clothing, and client gifts.

Collaboration and availability are key for an intensive - Please make sure you can make yourself available for all prep-work, Zoom calls, and feedback rounds during Alchemy Intensive days.
Prior to booking, you should also have your brand imagery ready, domain name purchased, business name chosen, and any other items that I request for the success of the project! -
Absolutely not!
With each project and client I take on, I pride myself on ensuring the quality is the same all across. Rather than go through the back-and-forth emails for months, an Intensive allows you to book my time and attention solely on you during the allotted amount of time, so that you can get back to growing your business faster and more confidently. This is not a 'rush' situation!

For an Alchemy Intensive, I require the websites to be built in Squarespace or Wix. I do also receive discounted rates for my clients on these platforms as a pro user! If you have. adifferent platform of choice we can still work together, but not on an Intensive.

Unlike my custom design projects, Alchemy Intensives guarantee 7 hours a day for 3-5 days of focused and exclusive design time with me, working through a list of design needs - not the deliverables themselves.
Although we can get a lot done in a day, I recommend full projects for:Clients who want to spend more time with deliverables and on decision making.
Clients who have more than one decision maker in their business.
Clients who need to build more complex, custom websites with more pages and/or integrations.
Clients who also need photography/media creation for their brand.
Established businesses who need a full (re)brand strategy and hands on work to truly step into their next phase of business.

Yes and no. You’ll have the chance to approve a wishlist of priorities for your Alchemy Intensive, and I will begin with those items first. Any remaining time will be spent on any additional deliverables.
I aim to be honest and realistic with my clients in letting them know what to expect based on length of intensive & needs.

Whenever you feel ready to take the leap and bet on yourself! I suggest filling out an application & reaching out to see what my availability might be, as I only take two (2) Alchemy Intensives per month to ensure each client gets the attention they deserve.
*Expect to be booking at least 4-6 weeks before your Intensive Date.

A 50% Deposit is due at the time of booking and signing your contract!
You'll be sent an invoice with a link to pay easily online via any major payment source. The remaining balance is due the final day of the Intensive, and your finished items and Handoff will happen on receipt!

I do! A 50% deposit is required to book, but the remaining balance may be split into two equal payments rather than one.
The final balance must be paid by the last day of the Intensive, regardless of how many payments are made.
